“Arganati” Argan Oil – Targanine
Arganati by women’s cooperative Targanine is made exclusively from the kernels of argan seeds with ancestral know-how of Berber women. It is certified organic by ECOCERT and contains no additives. 30kg of fruits and more than 15 hours of work are required for the production of one liter.
Thanks to its high concentration in phenols, essential fatty acids (34% linoleic acid) and unsaturated fatty acids (80%), the consumption of argan oil may help to reduce cholesterol levels and prevent cardiovascular diseases.
Argan oil has a distinct, nutty flavour. Arganati is delicious in salad dressings, drizzled over soups, grilled vegetables or couscous, or simply served with fresh bread.
