Raggia di San Vito is a prize-winning olive oil produced by Fattoria Petrini, a family-run agricultural company and leader in the field of Marche olive growers. Organic Raggia olives are handpicked from Petrini’s Farm olive groves and pressed inside the oil mill in Monte San Vito within 24 hours, thus assuring control on the whole production process. The result is a fresh, lightly fruity, low-acid oil with the faint aroma of almonds.
