Fresh, bright, white salt that is always slightly moist, Trikalinos Fleur de Sel is obtained solely by traditional harvesting methods from the Etoliko lagoon in Greece. 99.5% natural salt, it is not altered in any way.
Its mild, subtle yet aromatic taste makes it perfect as a garnish or for everyday cooking. Best added just before serving, to bring out the flavors of fresh tomatoes, raw salads, grilled meats and fish, steamed vegetables, pasta, corn, and slices of cool pineapple or melon.
